DEC 2024 - had an amazing time working on the podcast I Wish Someone Would Have Told Me...! My role involved creating behind-the-scenes content and ensuring a seamless experience for our incredible guests alongside the host, Liana. It was such a rewarding and fun experience, and I can’t wait for the episodes to drop in early 2025!

I gained valuable insights into how a newspaper team operates, from pitching and researching stories to interviewing sources and crafting articles ready for the editor-in-chief. Seeing my articles published and receiving feedback from readers was so rewarding—it truly fueled my passion for storytelling and journalism.

I was proud to be a member of the Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society, where I had the opportunity to help edit and assemble the 2023 Literary Journal. The journal featured incredible submissions from Barry students, including poems, short stories, illustrations, and more.

FEB 2022 - MAY 2023 - I had the honor of being part of Barry University's Honors Program and serving on their committee as the newsletter editor and writer. Additionally, I had the privilege of being a board member, which was an incredibly rewarding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed helping create six fantastic issues that showcased the achievements of our faculty, staff, and students. It was an amazing opportunity to contribute to the program and highlight our community’s accomplishments.

OCT - NOV 2022 - I contributed to writing and assembling the South Florida PBS Newsletter Guide, which was distributed to PBS affiliates, partners, and subscribers. Each month, I wrote descriptions for upcoming programs, ensuring the content was engaging and informative for the audience. It was a rewarding experience to support such a widely respected platform!
